Great analysis requires great communication. I work closely with: Executives, Business users, Product managers, Developers, and QA teams. I ensure everyone understands what the problem is, what success looks like, and how we’ll get there.

Root Cause Analysis

I take a structured approach to uncovering the “why” behind issues. This includes tools like: The 5 Whys, Impact analysis, Risk identification and mitigation planning. Instead of treating symptoms, I help teams resolve the underlying problem.

Project Methodologies: Agile & Waterfall

I am comfortable working in both structured and flexible environments: Writing user stories for Agile teams, supporting sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives, creating detailed requirement docs for Waterfall projects, ensuring traceability and alignment between business goals and deliverables.

JIRA & Confluence

In Agile environments, I use: JIRA to track user stories, epics, tasks, and sprint progress. Confluence for project documentation, requirements, and decision logs.
